Ideal if you want full professional support up to delivery, but prefer to unpack yourself.
Start with Gold- Professional packing at origin by vetted partners
- Customs clearance at origin and destination
- International shipping to your destination country
- Delivery to residence, office or site (unpacking not included)
Diamond
Perfect for households that want help getting settled quickly without full white-glove treatment.
Choose Diamond- Everything in Gold, plus:
- Unpacking onto flat surfaces (tables, countertops, desks, etc.) at destination
Platinum
A truly hands-off experience – ideal for senior moves, busy professionals or complex projects.
Talk to us about Platinum- Everything in Diamond, plus:
- Full unpacking into designated rooms
- White-glove placement and basic setup of furniture and key items
- Removal of all standard packing debris
- Crating and uncrating of fragile or high-value items (art, chandeliers, antiques, sensitive equipment)

Transparent Payments
For every plan, we collect the full payment in advance and hold it securely. As each service milestone is completed – Packed, Shipped, Delivered – we release that portion of the payment to the provider. This keeps incentives aligned, protects your funds and gives a clear record of what has been done and paid for.
